  • Do You Supply Products That Aren't On Your Website? Yes we do! Please contact us to discuss.

  • Will I See How My Order Is Going To Look? We supply a visual for approval before order is produced.

  • What does Origination mean? Origination or set-up charge is the one off cost for making screens/plates and set-up of machines to print your logo/text from artwork.

  • Lead Times? Lead-time is often referred to as 'turnaround'. It basically means how long the job will take us. We aim to turn most jobs around within 2-3 weeks of approval of final artwork; the majority is well within this time. If a job is urgent please advise us at the time of enquiry.

  • Colour Reproduction? Most corporate guidelines will have specific pantone colors that must be used on all printed materials. If not supplied, we find the closest possible pantone equivalent to the colors used in the submitted artwork. PC's vary in reproduction of colors so without a pantone reference it is impossible to match 100%.

  • Delivery Times? At time of enquiry please advise if project is urgent as delivery dates are subject to timing of production, stock availability and final artwork approval.

  • Do you have minimum quantity conditions? Minimum order quantity is the print run at a cost effective price .No we don't have minimum quantity conditions but definitely the prices changes according to the volumes. Even fixed development cost and shipping by sea is less per piece. Orders below minimum can be done but will incur additional costs.

  • How Should I Provide Artwork? Email artwork in an open EPS or CDR format with Pantone colors.

  • What If I Don't Have Artwork In This Format? No problem, we can re-draw or vectorize your logo at cost. Please call for more information.

  • Embroidery? Embroidery is your logo/text stitched into fabric.

  • Screen printing and screen charge? The screen is a stencil that is made to your exact design; the ink is transferred through the stencil directly onto the product to be printed. As everyone's design is unique a new screen must be made for each new order. This is what you are paying for in the screen charge.
Screen print is the method used generally on paper and plastics. Each colour is laid down one at a time and usually there is a set/origination charge per colour used.

  • What Is 4 Colour Process? Four colour process printing is used for printing logos/texts that have shades and tints.

  • Embossing or Blocking? Embossing is the process of creating your logo/text in relief on a surface using heat and pressure, such as metal badges. Blocking is a metal die that impresses into metal or leather, either blind embossed or gold/silver foil blocked.

  • Engraving? Engraving is etching into metal so that it lasts, such as a business card holder.

  • Transfer Printing? Transfer printing is generally used on mugs and heavy fabrics with a textured surface.
